Registration for the ESWW 2024 is open!
As per previous ESWW editions, different conference registration fees are proposed for student/discounted (including retirees) and regular participants, for in person or online participants, and for registration date (early bird, regular, late/onsite).

E-SWAN fee and membership
E-SWAN (European Space Weather and Space Climate Association; https://eswan.eu/) is an international non-profit association that aims to unite, sustain, and develop Space Weather and Space Climate activities in Europe. The European Space Weather Week is organised under the umbrella of E-SWAN. Its Programme Committee is an organ of E-SWAN (https://eswan.eu/index.php/organs/esww-programme-committee), and the ESWW is where E-SWAN’s General Assembly takes place.
E-SWAN charges a small but compulsory fee (15€ for regular participants, 10€ for students), that helps sustain its actions in support of students, young researchers and participants from low-income backgrounds. This fee is charged in addition to the ESWW conference registration fee (collected by the LOC to covers expense related to the venue and logistics).
Beyond being a major sponsor of ESWW, E-SWAN also coordinates all activities related to the International Space Weather And Space Climate Medals and to the Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate.
E-SWAN’s ESWW fee grants each participant the right to a one-year E-SWAN membership with full rights (including voting rights and eligibility to E-SWAN internal organs), but membership remains optional (participants can decline to become effective members of E-SWAN).
Mini-ISWAT satellite event
Registration for the mini-ISWAT satellite event (https://www.iswat-cospar.org/events) will be done through the ESWW2024 registration form with a complementary fee of 50€.
SW Fair participants and sponsors
Participants in the Space Weather Fair will need to book booths via a separate form (https://esww2024.org/info-guidelines/space-weather-fair).
Sponsors will be given fee waivers in accordance with their sponsorship level.
