You will need to register for a login on your first visit. Afterwards, you will be directed to your Abstracts Dashboard. You can create a new submission by clicking on “+ New submission”, and all your submission will be listed under “My Abstracts”. You will be able to update your abstract until the submission deadline and monitor the status of your contribution.

If you are a session convener, you will soon also be able to review all abstracts submitted to your session.

Submissions must include a title, abstract (maximum 500 words) and the session to which the abstract is being submitted. Additionally, the submission must include author names, emails and institutions (note that additional contributors can be added/removed using the ‘+/-’ buttons), and the presenter name and email along with the preferred presentation type (poster/oral).

Attachments in the following formats can be added: pdf,doc,xls,docx,xlsx,txt,rtf

Finally, the submitted must agree to the terms and conditions regarding personal data.
