Business meetings

ESWW2024 participants can request a room for holding business meetings for the duration of the event.

Interested parties should contact directly the LOC (email at the bottom of this page, under “CONTACTS”) at their earliest convenience, providing details on the number of participants, preferred room setup and schedule. The LOC will try to address the meeting request as well as possible (within room availability) .
